The visit starts near the beautiful “Grand Place” or “Grote Markt”of Brussels, the former political and economic centre of the city. Even Victor Hugo called it the most beautiful square in the world! Its many architectural styles never fail to delight visitors and make it truly unique.
Then, we will explore the surrounding streets to discover street art, the “great” Manneken Pis (or Peeing Boy) and the Galleries of St. Hubert, the first the first shopping arcade in the world.
From there we will go up to the Sablon quarter known for its great variety of art galleries and the Marolles quarter, the rebellious quarter of Brussels.
Finally, we will make our way to the Royal Court quarter, located in the upper part of Brussels, from where we will have a view of the city from the Mont des Arts.
The FREE TOUR is an innovative form of guided visit whereby customers decide the price they will pay the guide at the end of the experience. You are free to choose based on your satisfaction. There are some travelers that pay 10€ per person, others 50€ but it’s really up to you.
The Grand Place (Right in front of the Town Hall tower, the highest tower on the square).
You will easily recognise your guide, who will be holding a yellow umbrella with the BelgoTours logo.
